Yes smubound, you don’t have to be in LA or NYC to upgrade over the phone/internet but you DO have to be in LA or NYC if you want to go to a store and pick it up on June 28. But not every store in LA and NYC will have the devices available. Only one store per state mentioned.

And yes, n64ssb is right, T-Mobile reps usually don’t know anything about the SK, let alone the SK 3 BUT I did call a few days ago for another matter and somehow the conversation led to the SK3 and the rep actually was able to access a lot of info on the release dates and he even told me the locations of the two stores. This isn’t top secret info, any rep you call SHOULD give you this info if you ask for it. I didn’t even have to ask.

n64ssb, if the “expediated” shipping is for 3 days I would’nt pay extra for it, that’s how long it usually takes anyway. If you order it through CC or online on the 28th, I’d expect it by Monday. But then again, this device is so popular, it might take more time…

Hey guys, if I were to buy a sidekick II right now on Tmobile.com the data plan would cost me 30.00 per month… so how are u guys paying 20.00 and how do u think it will be 20.00 on the sidekick III when the data plan includes so much more?

I think i will def try and have it sent overnight because my sk2 is in horrible shape. My Q button is gone and ive dropped it a million and one times. Also I know this is a little off topic but my boss got his mens health mag today and guess wat was the there, that ad about the sk3 i know some ppl didnt think the ad was real but it def is. =)

idk what is so hard for you guys to understand about that. and dont listen to tmobile reps u talk to on the phone. you know what those people are? they are people who sit in front of a computer and type in “sidekick 3″ when you call them. and i doubt that t-mobile will have the NYC and LA store info and all the details in the customer care computer system.

the only thing i wana know is if u can pay extra for expidited shipping… i will go [insane] if i have to wait a week for it to ship.
