So as of this week, I feel sick of the sidekick. I’ve had the sidekick 2, sidekick 3, and sidekick 08, and I feel like the sidekick has not progressed like many other phones. The browser has barely improved; there are sites that I have to use a friend’s blackberry because the sidekick’s browser can’t access it. I feel like every other phone is moving forward, and the sidekick is just standing still technologically. I used to looove my sidekick, now I’m just over it. I’m going to wait for the ‘09 to come out to see if the sidekick has finally caught up to other smart phones, but if it hasn’t, I’m switching to the Samsung touch screen phone

OH no that noob payed 300 for his first sidekick. I’ve been using sidekicks since sidekick 2 and every single model (aside from slide and 2008) up to this point, and I always end up playing full price. And no, the price wont be 200. More like 400 retail.

i got my LX in November of 07 so my contract should be up around Fall. So hopefully, this thing is as good as you guys are saying it should be because I’m sick of my LX. So many glitches with it.

i just hope this thing comes to australia.
i was really hoping the LX would come down here, but to my dismay the unit has apparently been discontinued.. or at least not coming down here. (any one know about this??)
the slide was a bomb hence why i refuse to get it (plus i dont really like the phones, partly because they’re made my motorola), but hopefully this newie will sort that out! and at 3G speeds it will be widely sought after.

um. i read that this phone is coming out Fall 2009. not april. im sick of my LX. i’ve had it since it was released in 2007. the 08 was pointless to LX users since it pretty much offered the same features &. had the video update from summer 2008. so i didnt bother getting the 08. i was close to making my decision towards the G2 but unfortunately it’s also a rumor. so i guess the blade is it? it’d be best for me in Fall ; my upgrade is due for around then.

To Ricky Bobby, I agree with everything you just said! Even the contract thing (next February is when mine expires also). Love my LX also, and you know what? It’s better often to NOT get a new SK when it first comes out, that was a) you don’t ahve to pay full price (usually) and b) hopefull any glitches will be fixed before you buy it (the “got to have it NOW” people can do the work for the rest of us with some patience). And off-topic, I know it’s been out for a while but I just got to seeing your movie over the weekend, BEST MOVIE EVER MADE! Way to go! Shake and Bake, lol!
