I have to say I am not terribly impressed. I'm not sure where else to go to read reports... I might call T-Mobile this weekend and ask what's up. I used to have a 3, but after about a half a year, I would lose connection every couple hours or so, and after a few weeks of it, I got a message saying that there was a hardware error, and it never connected again. Is it possible that something happened to cause the firmware to degrade over time until the phone lost contol of the radio? Is it possible that this is a fix to a bug that was in the original radio’s firmware?
