It uses a 32-bit screen with 65k colors, as of what I understand.

I was just at my local T-Mobile store in Plantation, FL. I asked when the sidekick 3 was coming out, and he immediately responded “July 12th”. However, as I was leaving I thought I heard him and the other guy laughing and saying, “I told the kid July 12th”. I don’t know if that’s what they actually said though. It just sounded like that. Perhaps the T-Mobile guys have been told to make up release dates to give less credence to the actual release date.
