people if you go to tmobile with this problem they give you the lx for free and they pay for all of your apps games and ringtones 2 my sidekick slide had no problem i just wanted the lx because of the video update!!!!

OMG mine was powering off at least 5-7 times a day, and i sent it to the tmobile repair center then some stupid shut happened because the persone who told us to send the phone in didnt write anything on our profile or something and so we have been waiting 3 weeks. so my mom got soooo pissed and called and wanted to talk to a supervisor. they dont want to do anything for us and so hes like well i can send you another sidekick slide and im like **** NO!!! (sorry for my language) and hes like well thats the only thig we can do annd im like uggggh!!! and we cant afford to upgrade. and i kno for a fact that this phone if going to do the same thing, what are they going to do. keep sending me the piece of **** sidekick slide. and its prob used and ****. and it has beed 3 weeks and now i have to wait another 7-10 days for it to get here. for all the **** i went through they should give me the new lx or the 2008 not the stupid slide when they KNOW there are problems with it!

Omg, I have a slide, and I HATE it. SO MANY ISSUES AND PROBLEMS . i give up. i love sidekicks but this thing makes me want to go buy an enV.

i have a sidekick slide for almost 1 year i already changed this phone 5 time and is still with the same thing all t mobile do is change it for another sidekick slide the last time i call them i almost had a heart attack because they wanna change it for a blackberry titanium and ugly phone thats why im thinking about verizon i think if they know sidekick slide have this problem and they change it so many times i should get another sidekick because i didnt by a blackberry i bought a sidekick i should stay in the sideckik family.

well yeah it has problems sidekicks arent meant to last too long! just fold a peice of paper and put it on top of the battery itll work fine

The sidekick slide is a piece of ****… I’ve had this phone for quite some time and lately all it does is power off or restart by its self….. is tmobile still doing the free upgrade to the lx?

this happens to me alot and it is soo annoying because i had all my contacts and everything and they all whent andf i had to put them back on my phone then hours later i goto ring someone and it turns the screen off and all contacts and stuff are gone again its soo ******* dumb
STUID MOTOROLA MAKE YOUR PHONES SOO THEY ACCTUALLY WORK!!
