I called and cancelled my service last night. Goodbye Sidekick, hello Moment. Sprint’s data-only plan for it is designed for the Deaf community and still 30$, features a much better phone, and I can do my own backups.

First of all tmobile had nothin 2 do wit the outage.that was microsofts fault. And now everyone is B****** about this.well this cell phone outage is happening through out the whole world,not just tmobile.so most likely if you switch your gonna be stuck in the same situation!
