		<description>I have not gotten all of my data back as well as during the &quot;fix&quot; I had to redo my address book repeatedly. As I see it, by T-Mobile offering upgrades for new phones without waiting out contract, is not necessarily a bargain.  They continue to make money from us by letting us spend more money to purchase a different phone and pay an upgrade fee in addition. I am most upset by the lost of my time to deal with correcting a problem caused by someone else. I have not heard anything more regarding this issue. I would be satisfied with receiving $100.00 even though it is in a form of a credit. At least my time, frustration and disruption of sidekick functioning has been acknowledged in some form of compensation.</description>

Instead of telling me if Id get the gift card, I got a whole half hour chat session of them beating around the bush, and having the supervisor contact me. Blah. Its obvious folks, your not getting the card. I am legible, my data was never restored, and Im not getting one. I doubt anyone is.</description>

		<description>The problem with changing phones (since im a prepaid customer) is the insane charges that they make, having to buy a $10 like everyday. It adds up. I like the sidekick prepaid plan because of the $1 a day for all these internet services but after this im kinda tired of the sidekick. Still no contacts, notes, access to the catalog, ringtones and all that. Plus my web guard decided to block facebook, and everytime I call i can never get a hold of them to take it off.

P.S- Has any one actually RECIEVED the $100 gift card?</description>
