**[me/Setnakt] I just called T-Mo (for the NINTH TIME on this), and they for the NINTH TIME have told me yet AGAIN that this is FALSE information you are spreading. That’s the whole point of “grandfathered in”. If everytime you renew your contract or simply upgrade your same type of device (a Sidekick) it’s not being grandfthered in if the price is jacked-up on you. This is a reward of customer and brand loyalty. Something you apparently don’t understand (that and how to talk to CC ~try it! They don’t bite!)

But I have more fun with my Apple Touch, with tons of free apps, and wifi!

I got a contrat that says otherwise plus all the reps say we who are on and stay on the $20 a month plan are grandfathered into it as long as we don’t say swith to the G1 (for instance) then back to Sidekicks. And personialy considering the trator, anti-American company (AT&T) you have to go through to use an iPhone, I couldn’t care less about that piece of sh*t.
