Only thing I can advise you to do is file a complaint with your debit/credit card or bank. If you have receipts that would help. Also names, dates, and times you contacted the different companies would help. I'm kinda mad you paid all that money for a basic SK3 though. You shoulda got that shit for like free. I had to do ths whole process with my DWade except I had insurance. The charger port stopped working. I waited 2 months for a new shipment of DWades to come in because the Asurion rep lied and said they were getting more in. They tried to give me a plain ass SK3 when I paid $500 for the DWade just in February. I filed a complaint with my card company and got the difference back. I don't know who your card company is but I know places like American Express and Capital One usually have some great extended warranties for purchases made with the card.
