T-Mobile is thieves. worse phone company eva.

Seriously..... I lost my sk3 phone and I had no insurance cause I had already did 2 claims this year. So fine. I ordered a new sk3 over the phone with customer care and it came out to $446.53. No problem I paid it they were sending me out a new phone. Now UPS loses the package and nobody has nothing to say. Nobody wanted to take responsability. So finally UPS says they will pay for it. After tmobile tmobile does the trace and some paperwork. So fine. I'm ok with that. Now a month and a half later. I haven't had a phone this whole time and tmobile wouldn't let me upgrade cause I didn't have a phone 2 upgrade. Tmobile finally calls me and tells me they sent me a refurbished phone. Wtf is that all about. I started yelling @ the representative. How the hell u gonna send me a refurbished phone if I ordered a new phone. This is crazy. And she tells me if I don't want the phone I can refuse it but then I won't receive a phone at all. What type of bull is this. Tmobile is thieves. Seriously worse phone company ever. I been with tmobile for 4 years and I never had a problem with them. After this I'm done. I hope another company comes out with something similar to a sidekick. Cause tmobile sucks.

Only thing I can advise you to do is file a complaint with your debit/credit card or bank. If you have receipts that would help. Also names, dates, and times you contacted the different companies would help. I'm kinda mad you paid all that money for a basic SK3 though. You shoulda got that shit for like free. I had to do ths whole process with my DWade except I had insurance. The charger port stopped working. I waited 2 months for a new shipment of DWades to come in because the Asurion rep lied and said they were getting more in. They tried to give me a plain ass SK3 when I paid $500 for the DWade just in February. I filed a complaint with my card company and got the difference back. I don't know who your card company is but I know places like American Express and Capital One usually have some great extended warranties for purchases made with the card.

That's a good idea. I have capital one. I'm going 2 call them to see what I can do. But I did call tmobile again and I wanted to know if I can get my money back because I purchased the phone 2 months ago and still haven't received a phone. they said the reason I'm not getting my money was because they sent out a replacement phone for the phone ups lost. And in the contract I signed when I first opened my account with tmobile stated they can send me a new or like new (refurbished) phone. And I think that's really messed up. But the thing I don't understand is I never received the phone in the first place. When they sent it out UPS lost it. And if ups paid them for the phone. Why wouldn't they want to give me my money back so I can purchase a different phone. But yea I'm still waiting for the replacement they supposively sent out. And thanks 4 the advice.
