Ok, how many times do I have to explain to people…it WILL HAVE MMS!!! and according to sk3.com (www.sidekickiii.com or http://www.sidekick.com) it will have a real web browser (not something like IE, but a good web browser), and per tmo reps it’s actually slimmer…*shrugs*

Now onto the plan details…According to tmo (I know this because I’ve upgraded plans and phones numerous times) whenever you change something with your account albeit a new phone or upgrading your Family plan to the 2000 minutes instead of the 1000, you will be under a new contract from that day on until your contract runs out. (make sense?)

Equipment protection should be included. When my mom and dad got the V360s they had just come out and they had equipment protection on those…but it is a handheld, so it might be different…

And where in the hell are you people getting these prices? Not even the tmo reps know the pricing until the day that the damned phone is released to us…so whatever prices that you people THINK that you know, shove them somewhere until you hear the price from the tmo reps on the day that the phone is launched…

Do I sound irritable? If I do, it’s because I am…driving for 3 hrs straight with the wrong directions will do that to someone…

I’ve been paying attention to your comments. Yes you do sound irritable and I can relate to using the wrong directions.

come on…you guys are late with the info, BSD already has pictures of the release party up

thanks ohshhititscarl.wait futrexec01,what’s the link for the website?

how many times do people have to tell you that it will NOT have MMS? the phone itself does support MMS but tmobile will not support it. Go to the manual and click on MMS and it says that the top that it depends on the company if MMS will be on the phone. Tmo will NOT have MMS on the SK3!!! i called earlier today and asked them tons of questions about this kind of stuff and that’s why i realized that the MDA is a much better choice. Touch screen, camera with zoom, much better high quality screen, music through windows media, REAL web browsing, and you can watch videos, and you get MMS on the thing! haha I just ordered my MDA and can’t wait to get it! One of the things that the MDA doesn’t have is downloadable games, but i don’t play games on mine so that doesn’t really matter to me, but to others it might. If anyone doesn’t believe me about the MMS thing, just call Tmo and ask them…they will tell you what they told me…

To be exact it says, “Note: This application is not available in all product configurations. Product configurations vary by wireless operator.” here is the link if you want to look… https://help.sidekick.dngr.com/en-us/manual/m2/R3.0/Desktop/T02030.html#1095709

again jk, thanks for your oh so wise informatin. can you tell im being sarcastic? good.

yeah it does say that because you’re looking at the User Manual on DAGER’S server. If you were to be a smart person, you would call T-Mobile Customer Service and ASK if MMS will be available. And just as smubound and myself have told you it will be available, according to the customer service rep at T-Mobile.

paige. the website is sidekick3.blogspot.com. but it’s nothing new, they take all of their info from other websites such as hiptop3.com and they even fabricate some of their own “news”. you can go to wireimage.com and find equal pictures.

futrexec, ‘whew i had a fuckofatime trying to type your name, the reason this website isn’t being update is because i guess hiptop3.com admin is on vacation.

How many idiots do we have frequenting this site and continuing to post stuff that we already have either 1) discussed and are coming to a conclusion on or 2) DISPROVED!!!!! Read the previous posts morons or call tmo customer care and find out for yourselves what either I or someone else has already found to be true…

Ps this post was many directed to jk…btw we know what the damn manual says…that’s why we ASKED…it might be a hard concept for your 11 year old brain to wrap around but at least try for us grown up, k?

    Bye bye now

  8. Strobin Says:

now that we’ve established that the person who made the quote above is a fuckingidiot, we can now move onto more important things.

For the person who asked the question about the data plan staying at $20, tmo reps believe that it will since there hasn’t been any mention of it changing, but if it does change then they will know for sure on the 28th…

Thank you and have a pleasant night 😀

  11. kidancer Says:

thanxs smubound for answering my question…

  12. typoloco Says:

Ok, so now that we have established that it WILL have MMS, my next two questions are:

    1. Will T-Mobile support video content right out of the box or do we have to wait for an OTA?

    2. Does the available support for video make it possible for content online?

    just wondering, any thoughts/knowledge/available info?

  13. smubound Says:

We’re gonna have to wait for an ota for video I’m afriad…and the question that u asked is still up in the air…the tmo reps have no clue…

  14. InkDrinker Says:

Hey guys, if I were to buy a sidekick II right now on Tmobile.com the data plan would cost me 30.00 per month… so how are u guys paying 20.00 and how do u think it will be 20.00 on the sidekick III when the data plan includes so much more?

  15. smubound Says:

U would be paying 30 just for the data plan (that’s what I had when I ha a treo) but the actual sidekick plan is only 20 and that includes unlimited messaging, unlimited email, and unlimited data

  16. lolodcloe Says:

wow i wish i had a sidekick so much
