I tend to have multiple browser windows and tabs open at the same time, and I actually got two different prices for the upgrade. The prices for the 2 year and 1 year upgrades were the same ($299.49 and $349.99 respectively) but in one window I was offered the upgrade with no contract extension for $349.99 (the same as hiptop3.com’s screenshot) and in the other it was $399.99. I opted for no contract extension and bought the phone for $349.99. Plus UPS Ground shipping for $9.95 and $28.87 tax. Total: $388.81. I’d only really budgeted $300 for the upgrade, but two years was a long time to extend the contract and I didn’t want to tie my hands that much.

I got my text message from tmobile, confirming my upgrade at like 9 am. but i tried going to the ups website to track my order and still no info on it, am getting really anxious. i cant wait to get my baby lol

Sitting here staring at my confirmation page from 5AM….but still no text message like they said they would.
I had to go through the process like 4 times, however. I ordered at 2AM, and the page was broken. 5 got me the confirmation page with shipping and total cost, but I didn’t get a text. I wonder if that mean’s its still broken…
I’m too scared to call Tmob.

If you paid the extra $15.00 it will be UPS, If you decided to go free shipping which then its USPS postal, if you did order them last night you will get it no later then July 10th if you went with the free shipping.

Update: Called Tmob, my order went through just fine, my SK3 is coming within a week. For those of you who haven’t gotten a Text yet, if you have the confirmation page, its most likely your order went through as well.

i got my txt like 9 hours later on the dot, and technically they said the txt would come within 24 hours. it just makes me nervous that theres no way for my to pull up the order on tmobile’s site, though they won’t let me even look at upgrades now when i’m signed in. i gave in and called this afternoon, the lady told me since i expressed it should be delivered the 3rd, and that they were being processed by them (as opposed to tmobile, so i guessed danger) that nothing on my old sidekick that was downloaded with transfer over, and she didn’t know about saved information like my calender, does anyone else know? also when i went into the tmobile store 2 days ago the girl mentioned something about getting a rebate for mailing in your sidekick 2, has anyone heard anything about that? why couldn’t they have released them tuesday, or monday so i could have had it by the weekend

Everytime i’ve ordered something from tmobile and used express shipping it usually takes a day then on the second day it will be shipped out overnight shipping and get to you on the third day.

Not true!!!! Not everyone who ordered free ground shipping will get it by July 10th.
I ordered my sk3 around 12:15am 6/28. 2yr contract for 299.99. I checked Ups.com around 8pm today,and my sk3 is already in PA!!!! It said on time,scheduled delivery date 6/29! I couldn’t believe it. By the way I live in L.I,NY. I called tmobile to confirm,the rep checked out ups.com for me and said “wow” yes it says here 6/29!!!
Also I checked it out for my friend who ordered her sk3 around 12:05am. She lives in Queens. Her scheduled delivery date is also 6/29.
Will definetly post tomorrow if I receive my sk3

Hey I got free shipping which is ground and I I just checked the UPS tracking site and it says im getting 3 day select which is express and I didn’t get charged the $15!! Maybe they are shipping all the free ones with 3 day delivery. Heres the info:

Not sure if my post is going to show up twice
Anyhow, I ordered my sk3 around 12:15am 6/28. I choose free ground shipping with a 2yr contract for 299.99. Tmobile rep told me to track by reference # which is my mobile number. So I don’t know why someone post before me that if you choose ground shipping its “usps” bc mines is UPS! And I checked around 8pm today and my sk3 is already in PA!! It says scheduled delivery date 6/29!!!! So no not everyone is going to get it July 10th. I was so excited I called tmobile to confirm, and rep checked it out for me and was pretty amazed himself!! He said yep 6/29 delievery date is what I am seeing here. I live in LongIsland NY by the way.
Also I checked it out for my friend who ordered hers around 12:05am. Hers is also saying 6/29 delivery date. She also has *free ground shipping* She lives in Queens.
Why is it coming so soon!!?? I don’t know but im not complaining! Has this happened to anyone else also in the Ny area?

It says the scheduled delivery is 07/03/2006 which makes sense if it is 3 day guarantee but it would be awesome if I got it on Friday!! But I wouldn’t be surprised rina1017 if you got yours on the 29th because you live in NY and they are shipping from Pennsylvania and I live in Arizona. But I CAN’T BELIEVE I got express shipping on my order when I got free ground no charge!! It would have taken over a week with the free ground..thanks tmo!!

Talked to T Mobile yet again, and they calmly told me that if I ordered it the 28th before 2pm, USUALLY it goes out to UPS that day. I ordered it 5 AM on the 28th. I’d say that’s a fair bit before 2pm, and a **** sight further ahead than the 30th, which it is today, unshipped.
They have no explanation whatsoever why mine hasn’t made it to UPS. What total garbage.
