Microsoft’s “Turtle” Hits the FCC
Looks like one of Microsoft’s Pink phones, the “Turtle“, hit the FCC. Model PB10ZU appears to packed with dual-band CDMA, EVDO, Bluetooth, and 802.11b/g. There’s also a reference to PB20ZU (the “Pure” perhaps?) but no details on that one. March 29th is the date to wait till for the rest of the FCC docs to be released. For the record, the FCC ID is APYNAR0067.

Yet again, MS shows they dont know a good thing even when they buy the whole goddam company. They have access to the best kb ever on a mobile device but decides to go with what looks like something closer to the palm pre kb.
*shakes head in disgust D:

tmobile can slap sidekick on any phone they sell, its their trademark.
plus the turtle is CDMA so it wont work on tmobile/att anyway

What are you complaining about? It’s not a Sidek!ck or a replacement of one, either. It’s a CDMA, it will not run on T-Mobile.
It would be interesting, however, to see if it runs Danger’s OS.

I Actually Like The Design Since The First Time I Saw It, Back When It Was Leaked Months Ago. Glad To See It’s Official, Now. Can’t Wait To See Which Carrier Picks This Up And See Weather It Runs The Danger OS.! =D

It would be interesting to see if it runs Danger OS. Also I wonder if they actually have a hiptop actually in the works. I loved the sidekick no other phone compared to it IM clients but they really screwed up everything. I remember when the sidekick 2 came out and I bought it everything was fast no problems at all, now everything is messed up. Maybe one day I’ll go back to the sidekick but this wont be the phone that will take me back, for now its Nexus One for me.

I want to see the final product…I honestly was more interested in the Pure…cool to see they were real. With all the good buzz about Windows Phone 7, hopefully they’re on the right track. I hope they come to t-mobile…

Anything that microsoft makes, with the exception of the xbox, is a piece of crap
