Sidekick Gekko and Sidekick Aspen = New Sidekicks?
This is definitely one to take with a grain of salt, and there’s not really a whole lot of meat to salt! Tmonews is reporting that there are is a new device (possibly two) on the way in July. They say there’s evidence (but not what the evidence is) of a device named “SK Gekko” due on July 27th and a “Sidekick Aspen” launching on July 30th. Like everyone, we’ll have our eye on the FCC site to see what sort of info we can find on these devices if they are in fact real. Could this be the 3G Sidekick we’re all waiting for or maybe just limited edition devices? We’re putting our money on some new limited edition devices since the LX hasn’t had any Limited Editions yet and it would be silly not to offer those since they sell like crazy. Who would you guys most like to see a Limited Edition from?

As much as I would like for them to be new Sidekicks. I rather have T-Mobile officially launch their 3G before I even see news of any new Sidekicks. But don’t we usually see new Sidekick news around this time?
Anywayz, if they are new SKs, those are some really crappy names.
Pls let them be LE SKs!

I’ve never liked the limited editions only because they come out after I already have the original and they never seem worth dropping the cash for a different colored one.

I know they never repeat people but i think another Limited Edition LRG or even Mister Cartoon would be awesome. I had bother and i think the color schemes were great. I loved the Green LRG especially cuz it was so different. I never have to cough up extra cash tho cuz i kno someone in t-mo.

Well hmmm my thought on this eaither 1. A revamped sk id with new name
2. A limited edition
3.a new device
I wonder if it has to do with the phone icon in the theme that was brought to ppls attention where it had some color on the icon but guess well have to wait and see…….

That makes a lot of sence with the new id. I just hope if it is that id it will have edge, I hated the browser on it. Or if it is a new device im hoping huge features. But is probly just the new tony hawk device and another limited edition. Hoping new devices tho.
Oh does anyone know if there will be a sidekick 4?
